Street food coming to Downtown Henderson!

Just a few minutes from Cadence (soon to be connected via Water Street) is Henderson’s hot Water Street District. A mixture of classic and new, the charming walkable streets are currently famous for its farmers market and Last Friday events, but much more is coming! A recent article in the Las Vegas Sun indicates “StrEATS” is a mixed-use project which will include for a 13,000-square-foot restaurant and esports space with the capability to accommodate four food trucks!

“This model of food trucks is popular in other cities, but with our weather the climate-controlled aspect is huge,” said Mark Hobaica, Henderson redevelopment manager and city architect. “Whether it’s the heart of summer or the dead of winter, you can have your food trucks. If it’s Cinco de Mayo it’s a Mexican theme, if it’s Saint Paddy’s Day it could be an Irish theme, that’s what we’re excited about with that.”
