SHAWN'S ROLE: CO-FOUNDER & DIRECTOR OF SALES
Shawn's relationship with real estate started very early, entering the industry at the age of 17 as a marketing intern. He attended Howard Brinton's Star Power Conference before even being old enough to get a license and learned the value of sharing and the limitless success available in real estate. Licensed at 19, and real estate team owner at 22, Shawn and his brother Kyle founded Cunningham Group in 2008 at age 25.
Cunningham Real Estate Group is now a sales and property management operation that consistently ranks among the highest grossing in the state for RE/MAX. In addition to managing nearly hundreds of properties, Cunningham Group works to grow a business that has core values of family, community service, and integrity.
Shawn is the past president for Nevada CRS (now RRC), has served on Forms, YPN and Community Outreach committees and currently serves on the board of directors for Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS, board of directors for Nevada Association of REALTORS, and the board of directors for Resident Real Estate Council (formerly Council of Residential Specialists). Shawn loves food, traveling the world and all things UNLV Rebels.

Shawn is a member and board member for the Vegas Young Professionals chapter of Toastmasters. Shawn and CREG support many local causes, with special attention to any cause that helps bridge the opportunity gaps for low-income and abused/neglected youths.

Kyle Cunningham
Kyle Cunningham
I am a long time resident of Las Vegas. I grew up here and I am a passionate believer in our city and a proud UNLV Runnin' Rebel alumnus. I am happily married to my husband and we've built a life together over a period of 10 years (so far). I have two little Yorkshire terriers waiting for me when I get home every day. I am a strong personality and I like to get results for our clients. I am a believer in fulfilling our promise to our clients and that's why I'm proud to say that over 80% of our current business is referral based.
I'm also proud to co-own our company with my twin brother Shawn. (yes we are technically identical)
In addition to proudly serving buyers and sellers throughout our market, I also specialize in investor and 2nd home purchases and hold a property management permit and extensive experience in that field.
My team is unique because we actually put our clients before our paychecks. We always put people first. We don't hold back the truth to get ahead of anyone. We will always be fair, direct, honest, and transparent. I'm also proud of my company for staying active in our community and finding ways to give back to causes like Big Brothers Big Sisters, Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth, Junior Achievement, and Safenest, among others.

Since I sit at the front desk, I also get to interact with everyone who comes into our office, which makes every day different. My favorite part of the job is getting to let someone know they were approved for a rental property. I look forward to speaking with you!

REALTOR®My role is to ensure all our property management clients and residents get responsive support and excellent customer service. A majority of my work duties are significant and need attending on a daily basis, some of which include: lease renewals, general accounting, and working with vendors to keep our homes in their best condition. I also work with rental prospects to help their application and move-in process run easily and efficiently. To me, the most important job of all is to let our clients and residents feel confident and assured knowing we are always here for them.

With a great depth of knowledge in common household mishaps and maintenance, I am always out in the field attending to our property and resident needs. You can find me conducting move-ins, move-outs, property inspections, estimates, maintenance repairs, and much more!
